After many years of working in the food industry, The Nourish Food Company has gone from my dream to my reality.

Food brings people together on many different levels. It’s nourishment for the soul and the body, that’s why I love creating grazing tables, grazing platters, canapes and unique cakes to suit each individual.

Because of my culinary background, I bring influences of all the places I have worked in over the years, to share with you and your guest at your table.
